We process orders quickly so any order changes or cancellation requests need to be sent within an hour of placing your order (during our regular business hours Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm EST) by email or phone. Otherwise, we will gladly assist in helping you return or exchange your order.

Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges within 60 days for all unworn and unwashed items. Items may be exchanged for the same style in a different size and or color.

Guest Returns: If you checked out as a guest enter your order number and email that was used when you placed the order and click next, choose resolution, package condition, the items you want to return and the reason for return, add any comments or additional information in the message section and upload a photo if needed.
Registered Customer Returns: If you checked out as a registered customer enter your email and password to log into your account. Once logged in go to your Account Dashboard, go to "My Returns", click "Create New Return", click the order you want to return, choose resolution, package condition, the items you want to return and the reason for return, add any comments or additional information in the message section and upload a photo if needed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
We only charge sales tax on North Carolina purchases. North Carolina tax will be added to the final discounted order price.
If you have purchased items on Jefferies Socks website that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one–time price adjustment on full-price purchases only. Please contact us with your order number within 14 days of original sales purchase. Items that were purchased using a promo discount code or the item purchased was already on sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.
Give the gift of awesome socks! Click "Gift Card" at the bottom of the page, choose the $ amount and all other required fields and add to your cart! Once purchased, the recipient will receive their online gift card via the email provided.
First, choose all the fun and colorful socks you want! Then proceed to your cart or checkout and in the Apply Gift Card Code box enter the code provided to you from the gift card email and click Add Gift Card, that's it! Continue checking out.
Our online gift cards are valid for two years after purchase and cannot be returned or transferred to another customer. Please contact us with any gift card issues.

Our socks and tights are knit to last! Most of our socks are machine washable. We recommend that you follow the instructions on the items packaging.
Yes! Any socks or tights that have a Smooth Toe feature are sensory friendly.
Our Smooth Toe socks and tights are knit to provide ultimate comfort and relief for sensitive feet. They offer minimal seam that is non-irritating and less bulky than a traditional toe seam.

Shipping Info
All orders are shipped from our headquarters and distribution center in Burlington, North Carolina.
We process orders quickly so any address changes need to be sent within an hour of placing your order (during our regular business hours Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm EST) by email or phone. Otherwise, we will gladly assist in helping you return your order.
USA orders over $35 ship for FREE! If your USA order is less than $35 shipping is only $3.99. Canada orders are USPS rates.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days after order is placed.
All orders ship via USPS and take 3-7 business days to be delivered. Orders to Canada make take extra days to be delivered.
An e-mail with tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout notifying you the shipment has left our distribution center. If you have an account you can check in your account by clicking the person icon at the top right of the page and choosing My Orders on the side menu bar.
